Housekeeping/Cleaning Practices

As always, we’re committed to providing a clean and sanitized property for you, your family and friends. To help ease your concerns, please see our guidelines:
All high traffic areas including but not limited to door knobs, remote controls, cabinet handles, light switches, appliances, electronics, bathroom amenities, and everything in our path is sanitized and disinfected.

All linens are laundered offsite using disinfecting detergents and bleach—and washed at a hot temperature setting.

Every home has been deep cleaned from top to bottom and carpets have been cleaned with an infection-killing agent.

Board games, throw pillows, and any other un-necessary items have been temporarily removed from each property. Please bring along your favorites.

Please see our detailed cleaning/sanitation plan here

Cancellation Policies

For a limited time, we are offering a flexible cancelation policy on all reservations booked after June 1, 2020. You may cancel for a full refund until 30 days before your check in date. If we are within the 30 days and Breckenridge or the ski area shuts down or Breckenridge shuts down to short term rentals, you will be eligible for a full refund. If we are within the 30 days and there are travel restrictions from your area or you are sick with COVID and can provide paper-work, you may reschedule your trip to another date within 14 months of your original check in date. Please feel free to contact us if you have additional questions on our cancelation policy during the pandemic.

If you purchased travel insurance, you likely purchased it through CSA Travel Protection. Please use the following link to find out additional information on what their policy covers: https://www.generalitravelinsurance.com/partner/vrbo-coronavirus.html

If a reservation is moved to a future date and the second portion has not already been paid, the second portion due date will be rescheduled to 30 days before your new arrival date.
