BEES KNEES ESCAPE - 2 Bedroom plus bonus room! Luxury living at its finest! This contemporary mountain modern residence offers an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and breathtaking views of the Breckenridge ski area. The stunning living area features open concept living with a gas stone surround fireplace, state of the art finishes, luxury appliances and furnishings. After a long day of adventures, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while taking in the views or relax in the private hot tub.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: king bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2) - This bedroom featured a top of the line, Stearns & Foster Reserve Hepburn Luxury Mattress - You will LOVE it! Bedroom 2: queen bed (sleeps 2). Bonus Room: queen over queen bunk (sleeps 4) - This room is private but does not have a door which fully closes it off (please see photos). All bedrooms are on the lower level and living room and kitchen are on the upper level. Living Room: full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). Maximum overnight capacity - 8 There are four TVs. One on the main floor and one in each bedroom. All bedroom TV's are smart TVs.

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, enjoying the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain is a breeze. With the gondola just a five minute walk from the front door, you will be hitting the slopes effortlessly. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also a block away. Additionally, City Market (the main grocery store in town) is a five minute walk from the front door. A rental car is not necessary in this location.

You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need. Parking for four cars (two Inside of the garage and two outside of the garage).

• Must be at least 30 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • This house is perfect for families or several families coming together for a mountain vacation • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • No more than the maximum number of people are allowed to stay in the house • No pets • No smoking or cannabis in the house • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. during which time you shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended and after using it please clean the grill Please note: There is room for two cars to park at this home inside of the garage and 1 (possibly 2 very small cars) outside of the garage - no street parking is permitted - Must be at least 30 years of age to rent this home or accompanied by a parent. We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. No smoking or cannabis of any kind permitted inside of the property. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
