We are offering a full refund if you decide not to travel and are outside of 30 days of your arrival date. If we are within the 30 days and Breckenridge or the ski area shuts down or Breckenridge shuts down to short term rentals, you will be eligible for a full refund. If we are within the 30 days and there are travel restrictions from your area or you are sick with COVID and can provide paper-work, you may reschedule your trip to another date within 14 months of your original check in date. This 9-bedroom, 9-bathroom home just 2 blocks from Main Street is the perfect place to accommodate large or small groups. This is one of the only homes in Breckenridge with Air Conditioning

While there is plenty of sleeping room for 28 people, it is also intimate enough for a family of 5. Located in the heart of the historic district, the home offers a unique layout with three private suites on the lower level and can sleep up to 28 guests in total. This home is conveniently located minutes from the slopes and just a short walk to the shopping and dining of downtown Breckenridge. Additionally, with the Breck Free Ride bus stop just out the door, you will be able to get anywhere within Breckenridge in a few minutes or less. 

AMENITIES – This home sleeps up to 28 guests but is also perfect for smaller groups and offers unbeatable access to the slopes. With three separate suites on the lower level—equipped with kitchenettes and seating—privacy is easy to find. Or, gather everyone for a dinner at home in the large dining area boasting two large dining table and plenty of seating. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or relax in the private outdoor hot tub. The mud room, with ski racks and storage, provides plenty of space for ski gear while multiple living areas and televisions let everyone spread out and kick back after a long day of mountain adventures.

LOCATION – This is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge! Located on French Street in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this home is just steps away from the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Walk two blocks to Main Street or take the free bus anywhere in town from the stop just outside the home.

Parking – 6 outdoor spaces located to the left side of the house (2 rows/3 cars deep) - If all six spaces are used, you will need to park strategically. There is additional daily use street parking in front of the house but you cannot use these spaces for overnight parking.

4. The house provides dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies for spills, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps
5. Paper products including toilet paper and paper towels are stocked in the house
6. Towels – 2 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash, and 1 hot tub towel is provided for each guest the homes sleeps
7. There will be one propane tank and an back up tank at the house if the home has a BBQ grill
8. Extra blankets, sheets, and pillows are provided for any pull out
9. Blow dryers provided
10. Vacuum and broom provided
11. A pack and play is provided. For liability reasons, we do not provide additional baby equipment. Baby equipment including baby gates can be rented through Baby's Away.

Cancellation Policy:
Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.

• Parking – 6 outdoor spaces located to the left side of the house (2 rows/3 cars deep) • Must be at least 28 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • This house is perfect for families or several families coming together for a mountain vacation • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • No more than the maximum number of people are allowed to stay in the house • No smoking or cannabis in the house • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. during which time you shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended and after using it please clean the grill - Must be at least 30 years of age to rent this home or accompanied by a parent. We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. No smoking or cannabis of any kind permitted inside of the property. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm.
