The home is also located within a 5 minute drive to Breckenridge Main St and gondola parking. There is parking for two cars in the garage and three to four more outside of the garage. RV or trailer parking is not permitted in this neighborhood. The HOA is very strict about this policy. One pet possible with prior approval and pet fee paid.

No pets allowed unless previously approved by the manager and a pet fee is paid. If approved, one pet is possible. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions.
• Must be at least 30 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • NO FIREARMS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY • Number of people in the home must not exceed maximum occupancy listed at any time during your stay • No smoking or cannabis use in the house • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended • Clean grill after use • Turn off lights when not in the room or at home • Cover items in the microwave • Remove shoes while inside • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions. No pets unless previously discussed and pet fee paid.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations become partially non-refundable once the initial payment is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival and is also non-refundable once paid.
