Bedroom 1: Upper level with King bed, flat panel tv, full size attached bathroom with soaking tub (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2: Upper level with King bed and desk, shared bathroom with bedroom 3 (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 3: Upper level with Queen bed, shared bathroom with bedroom 2 (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 4: Main level with Queen bed and bathroom just outside the door.
Bedroom 5: Lower level with Twin over Queen bunk and attached ensuite bathroom.
Office: Main level next to bedroom 4 with King size pull out bed.
Please note that Bedroom 4 will share a bathroom with the guests sleeping in the office area.
• Must be at least 30 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • NO FIREARMS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY • Number of people in the home must not exceed maximum occupancy listed at any time during your stay • No smoking or cannabis use in the house • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended • Clean grill after use • Turn off lights when not in the room or at home • Cover items in the microwave • Remove shoes while inside • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.
