Enjoy the custom hickory hardwood floors with in floor radiant heating, vaulted ceilings with large picture windows, and the tasteful and well thought out decor. There are plenty of amenities in the home to entertain the whole family. Soak sore muscles in the 6 person private hot tub while you take in all of the breathtaking views. Gather around the fire pit or unwind on the sectional sofa in the cozy and inviting lower level family room with a flat panel smart TV, foosball table, Ms Pac Man machine, and wet bar. Also enjoy a gas grill, flat panel smart TVs throughout, high speed internet, and racks for skis and snowboards.

• Must be at least 30 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • This house is perfect for families or several families coming together for a mountain vacation • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • No more than the maximum number of people are allowed to stay in the house • No smoking or cannabis in the house - an automatic $500 fine will be assessed • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. during which time you shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended and after using it please clean the grill - Must be at least 30 years of age to rent this home or accompanied by a parent. We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
