From the garage, walk into an organized and functional mud room space and laundry area. Up one level, you will find all four bedrooms and a media room which flows out onto an outdoor patio area featuring a gas grill, fire pit, and hot tub. The top level hosts the great room and kitchen featuring an open floor plan and stunning mountain views of Breckenridge resort and the Ten Mile range. This level also hosts a walk out patio space with a natural gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining set up.

This home is located in the prime location set in the coveted Shock Hill Overlook neighborhood next to the Breck Connect gondola! The neighborhood of Shock Hill sits between the middle of Main Street Breckenridge and the base of the ski area (Peaks 7 and 8) and is one of the most convenient and preferred locations to stay in all of Breckenridge. The gondola runs right through the neighborhood taking you to and from the ski area base and down to the middle of Main Street.

Get around via the Breck Connect gondola which will take you to and from town as well as to and from the base of the ski area. Uber services are also readily available or walk to and from Main Street (about 1/2 mile). There is rarely a line or crowds at this gondola station. Once you load onto the gondola, you are at the base of Peak 7 in 4 minutes and the base of peak 8 in 5 minutes. Please note: The Breckenridge Gondola opens for the Winter season right around November 8th every year and operates daily from 7:45am to 5:30pm during winter months. The gondola does not run end of April to mid June during moose calving season. The gondola reopens mid June and runs through Labor Day weekend. The hours of operation during the summer are 10am to 5pm. The gondola is free to ride for everyone. You do not need a pass.
