"Breck's Best Address" is an elegant and newly constructed home located in downtown Breckenridge and a 3-5 minute walk to and from the gondola and everything in downtown Breckenridge. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom professionally decorated property with custom finishes and refined decor, is guaranteed to exceed your expectations. With two separate living areas and three outdoor patio spaces, this home can accommodate large groups while remaining intimate enough for a single family.

Sleeping; Bedroom 1 - King bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with jack and jill full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with jack and jill full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with shared full bath (sleeps 2); Additional Sleeping - Queen size pull out sofa bed in extra lounge area (sleeps 2); Queen size pull out sofa bed in main living room (sleeps 2). Maximum overnight capacity - 10. Floor plan: 2488 sq ft. When you walk in the front door, you either go down to a bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom just outside of that bedroom, or up one level to the main living area. The main living area has the large open floor plan kitchen and living room with a wrap around deck accessed from the dining area. On this level, you will also find a half bath and the main suite with a king bed and attached large ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. There is also a pull out queen sofa sleeper in this living room. If you go up one level from here, you will find two more bedrooms each with a queen bed and with a jack and jill bathroom attached to both. There is also another living area with a pullout and tv. Off of this room there is another outdoor living space/deck.

Enjoy the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain. The walk-ability is second to none in Breckenridge’s newest and most centrally located development. The Columbia Lode neighborhood sits on the North end of town (Main Street) with an easy 3-5 minute walk to the gondola where you will begin your day on the mountain. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also a block away. With the grocery store just across the street, a rental car is not necessary in this location.

You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need. Please note: There is only room for 3 cars to park at this home. Additional parking is available for a paid nightly fee on Airport Road about a mile from the house.

We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. No smoking or cannabis of any kind permitted inside of the property. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
