This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1 car garage luxury home sleeps 9 people comfortably and features vaulted ceilings and an open floor-plan creating a modern mountain setting. This property has everything you would expect from a luxury rental. Free shuttle access just outside the door.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): king size bed with flat panel TV and attached bathroom; Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): queen size bed with flat panel TV and shared bath; Bedroom 3: (sleeps 5): queen/twin bunk with queen size trundle out bed with shared bath. Pack n' Play. Maximum Sleeping Capacity is 10. Warm your toes with in-floor radiant heat and relax in the steam shower or hot tub while taking in breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range. Enjoy family and friends while preparing a meal in the open concept kitchen supplied with professional grade appliances.

Come and go as you please in one of Breckenridge’s newest and most convenient neighborhoods. The Maggie Point development sits on the South side of town with easy access to everything. A quick stroll on the stone lined footpath will lead you to the Breckenridge Brewery -- one of the great places that Breckenridge has to offer on Main Street. The Stephen C West ice arena is located just across the street and the Blue River is a short walk down the hillside. Kids will enjoy a private wooded play area just behind the house.

You can get away without renting a car at this property. It is close enough to everything and on the shuttle stop. Easily walk to the base of Peak 9 (the Quicksilver lift) or catch the free shuttle in front of the development to any of the base areas (Peak 7, 8, or 9). The free shuttle arrives every 15 minutes and is a convenient way to get around town and navigate the ski area. An early walk to the Quicksilver lift is a great way to skip the opening logjam and start your day on a wide open Peak 9 or Peak 10.

• Must be at least 30 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • This house is perfect for families or several families coming together for a mountain vacation • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • No more than the maximum number of people are allowed to stay in the house • No pets • No smoking or cannabis in the house • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. during which time you shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended and after using it please clean the grill - Must be at least 30 years of age to rent this home or accompanied by a parent. We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. No smoking or cannabis of any kind permitted inside of the property. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
