We are offering a full refund if you decide not to travel and are outside of 30 days of your arrival date. If we are within the 30 days and Breckenridge or the ski area shuts down or Breckenridge shuts down to short term rentals, you will be eligible for a full refund. If we are within the 30 days and there are travel restrictions from your area or you are sick with COVID and can provide paper-work, you may reschedule your trip to another date within 14 months of your original check in date. Location, location! Beautiful newly constructed home located in town and a 5-8 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9 and on Breckenridge shuttle route. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1 car garage luxury home sleeps 9 people comfortably and features vaulted ceilings and an open floor-plan creating a modern mountain setting. Enjoy family and friends while preparing a meal in the open concept kitchen supplied with professional grade appliances and every bell and whistle you would expect in a luxury rental. Warm your toes with in-floor radiant heat and relax in the steam shower or hot tub while taking in breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range. Free shuttle access just outside the door. Come and go as you please in one of Breckenridge’s newest and most convenient neighborhoods.

Location
The Maggie Point development sits on the South side of town with easy access to everything. A quick 5-minute stroll on the stone lined footpath will lead you to the Breckenridge Brewery -- one of the great places that Breckenridge has to offer on Main Street. Easily walk to the base of Peak 9 (the Quicksilver lift) or catch the free shuttle in front of the development to any of the base areas (Peak 7, 8, or 9). The free shuttle arrives every 15 minutes and is a convenient way to get around town and navigate the ski area. An early walk to the Quicksilver lift is a great way to skip the opening logjam and start your day on a wide open Peak 9 or Peak 10. The Stephen C West ice arena is located just across the street and the Blue River is a short walk down the hillside. Kids will enjoy a private wooded play area just behind the house. You can get away without renting a car at this property. It is close enough to everything and on the shuttle stop.

2. A basic assortment of spices is provided
3. Coffee maker is a Keurig. Please bring pods.
4. The house provides dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies for spills, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps
5. Paper products including toilet paper and paper towels are stocked in the house
6. Towels – 2 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash, and 1 hot tub towel is provided for each guest the homes sleeps
7. There will be one propane tank and an back up tank at the house if the home has a BBQ grill
8. Extra blankets, sheets, and pillows are provided for any pull out
9. Blow dryer provided
10. Vacuum and broom provided
11. A pack and play is provided. For liability reasons, we do not provide additional baby equipment. Baby equipment including baby gates can be rented through Baby's Away.

Cancellation/Fulfillment Policy:
Once the reservation is confirmed and the first half payment has been made, the reservation is confirmed and the property you have chosen is confirmed for those dates. The first payment is non-refundable. The second half payment will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the second half payment is made, it is also non-refundable.

We have this policy in place because we have to block the calendar once your reservation has been made. We do suggest that you purchase trip insurance for your stay.

• Must be at least 30 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • This house is perfect for families or several families coming together for a mountain vacation • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • No more than the maximum number of people are allowed to stay in the house • No pets • No smoking or cannabis in the house • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. during which time you shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended and after using it please clean the grill - Must be at least 30 years of age to rent this home or accompanied by a parent. We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. No smoking or cannabis of any kind permitted inside of the property. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm.
