LiveBreck Property Management enforces an age policy of 30 years old. Families with children are welcome. We do not accept college groups. We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 60 or more prior to your arrival, you will be issued a full refund. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days of your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, no refund will be issued. If a public health order due to Covid prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
