This house serves as a great home-base for families or groups of friends looking for a quiet residential neighborhood while providing the accessibility of all that Breckenridge offers.

**This is a pet friendly home and dogs have been in the house so if you have pet allergies, this may not be a good fit.

• Must be at least 30 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • NO FIREARMS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY • Number of people in the home must not exceed maximum occupancy listed at any time during your stay • No smoking or cannabis use in the house • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended • Clean grill after use • Turn off lights when not in the room or at home • Cover items in the microwave • Remove shoes while inside • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. No pets unless previously discussed and pet fee paid.

Pet possible with approval and $250 one time pet fee paid. Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
