Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Paradise Ridge is the perfect choice for people who want convenience, space, and comfort. The Elk Ridge complex is located near 4 O’Clock Road, so easy access to the Snowflake lift, hikes, and to town will complete your mountain vacation. The Snowflake lift is located less than a 2 minute walk from the front door (just across the street), is surrounded by hiking trails, and is an easy 5-6 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge! Full of amenities that including a private garage, full size hot tub on deck, a washer/dryer, and access to a shared outdoor pool and hot tubs

Paradise Ridge is located near 4 O’Clock Road and is just across the street from the Snowflake lift. It is also an easy 5-6 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge.

1. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking supplies, silverware, crock pot etc
2. A basic assortment of spices is provided
3. Coffee filters are provided and all homes have a regular style coffee maker
4. The house provides dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies for spills, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps
5. Paper products including toilet paper and paper towels are stocked in the house
6. Towels – 2 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash, and 1 hot tub towel is provided for each guest the homes sleeps
7. There will be one propane tank and an back up tank at the house if the home has a BBQ grill
8. Extra blankets, sheets, and pillows are provided for any pull out
9. Blow dryers provided
10. Vacuum and broom provided
11. A pack and play is provided. For liability reasons, we do not provide additional baby equipment. Baby equipment including baby gates can be rented through Baby's Away.

Cancellation policy during COVID
If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. If someone in your group is sick with COVID, you will be able to reschedule.

Regular Cancellation Policy
Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.

About the Owner
We are excited to share our home with you. We are a family of five, from Boulder, Colorado with deep roots in both travel and skiing. For the 2017-18 school year, we pulled our kids from school and “worldschooled” them through Nepal, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, New Zealand, China, Costa Rica, Italy, Switzerland and Greece. In most of those places, we stayed in short-term rentals and deeply appreciated this more connected way of travel – a way of travel that helps you live more like a local than a visitor.

When we returned to Colorado after our trip, we began searching for a mountain getaway that we could enjoy ourselves, as well as share with other travelers. We found this spot in late 2018 and fell in love with the rustic log touches, the cozy family room and the location for tweens’ and teens’ growing independence. We updated the kitchen and bathrooms during the 2019 mud season.

Why Breckenridge? Annika’s parents met in the lift line at Squaw Valley, and she was a second-generation ski patroller. The family fun that comes from skiing and low-tech time in the mountains brings us closer. We enjoy summer hiking, all the festivals, the historic town and, of course, the world class skiing. We hope your time in our townhouse will be filled of lasting, wonderful memories.

We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. No smoking or cannabis of any kind permitted inside of the property. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm. No Pets, No Smoking.
