We are offering a full refund if you decide not to travel and are outside of 30 days of your arrival date. If we are within the 30 days and Breckenridge or the ski area shuts down or Breckenridge shuts down to short term rentals, you will be eligible for a full refund. If we are within the 30 days and there are travel restrictions from your area or you are sick with COVID and can provide paper-work, you may reschedule your trip to another date within 14 months of your original check in date. Radiating Colorado elegance, this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom, open floor plan home is the perfect vacation rental in Breckenridge. With its ski in/ski out location and modern luxury, Shock Hill Hideaway has everything you could possibly want or need in a mountain vacation. A convenience imperative to a stress free ski vacation, it is here that you can either catch the gondola to town, to the ski area base on Peak 7 or 8, or enjoy the 15 minute walk to town down Ski Hill Road. Enjoy Breckenridge’s best Nordic and mountain biking trails accessed directly off of the deck or watch the snow fall and wildlife pass from the floor to ceiling windows in the great room. The open floor plan of this home allows for your group to come together after a fun filled day of activity. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in style. With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and top of the line appointments, the chef in the group will be happy to prepare a meal here. Seating for twelve in the dining room will accommodate you and your guests for every type of gathering. Entertain with the full size patio directly off of the great room complete with a gas grill and a hot tub. Soak in the hot tub after a long day of activity while surrounded by nature and the mystique of the mountains.

Each beautifully appointed bedroom has its own attached bathroom complete with granite countertops and a glass shower. The bedrooms are furnished with plenty of clothing storage, comfortable bedding, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are furnished with a flat panel television. The master bedroom includes a gas fireplace, travertine tile, a jetted Jacuzzi tub, a separate glass shower, and a walk out balcony. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level while the master suite embodies the entire top floor. A bonus area with a couch and a fifth TV complete with an Xbox and Smart TV is also found on the lower level. The home is equipped with high speed internet, Smart TV's throughout, and a 'Sonos' sound system complete with outdoor speakers. 

Location
Located in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, the gondola mid-point stop is less than a two minute walk. A convenience imperative to a stress free ski vacation, it is here that you can either catch the gondola to town, to the ski area base on Peak 7 or 8, or enjoy the 15 minute walk to town down Ski Hill Road. You do not need a car when renting this property, although it is nice to have. You can walk to town or ride the gondola. Gondola access will also take you to the base of Peak 7 and Peak 8. Easily ride the gondola back to the house for lunch, then be off for an afternoon ski. The gondola usually runs until 5:30pm during ski season.

4. The house provides dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies for spills, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps
5. Paper products including toilet paper and paper towels are stocked in the house
6. Towels – 2 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash, and 1 hot tub towel is provided for each guest the homes sleeps
7. There will be one propane tank and an back up tank at the house if the home has a BBQ grill
8. Extra blankets, sheets, and pillows are provided for any pull out
9. Blow dryer in each of the bathrooms
10. Vacuum and broom provided
11. A pack and play is provided in each home we manage

Cancellation Policy:
Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.

• Must be at least 30 years old to stay in the house unless accompanied by a parent or guardian • This house is perfect for families or several families coming together for a mountain vacation • No parties, events, or bachelor party weekends • No more than the maximum number of people are allowed to stay in the house • No pets • No smoking or cannabis in the house • Check-in is any time after 4PM • Check-out is at 10am sharp • Quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. during which time you shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors • When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended and after using it please clean the grill - Must be at least 30 years of age to rent this home or accompanied by a parent. We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. No smoking or cannabis of any kind permitted inside of the property. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm.
