We had a wonderful experience with our rental. Radiant floor heating, plenty of towels (hot tub and regular), and a steam shower that we all fought over!! That steam shower was INCREDIBLE...and did I mention the hot tub!? Also incredible after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were really comfortable. Very convenient to the shuttle and we even walked into town. Miss Fonda was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely 5 stars--we'll definitely be back!!!!

Absolutely perfect! The view, location, 2x appliances, fully stocked kitchen/baths, complete basement privacy for our kids were outstanding! Loved this place so much we plan to rebook this summer. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay and the house was very well equipped! We really appreciated the kids dishes and books they had available! It was so easy to work with the property management company and we are looking forward to returning in the future!

We stayed at the Lodge @ Snowy Point - I would love to give it 10 stars! What a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect; we were early in the season so 4 oclock run didn't open til the last couple days of our stay but it is such an easy ski-in; ski-out location with 4 oclock and snowflake lift. You can easily get to downtown Breckenridge as well. The house itself is amazing and so well stocked! All the essentials for your entire stay are provided. We will definitely book again when we return to Breckenridge. LIVEBRECK is great to work with; very responsive to any questions or concerns. Don't hesitate - just book it :)

December 2023, we embarked on an early Christmas vacation to Breckenridge with our family of 10 (5 months to 47 years), and our discovery of Urban Oasis online proved to be serendipitous. From our initial communication to the checkout, Fonda and TJ Mueller proved to be exceptional hosts. Their recommendation of Chef Chris Cawley turned out to be a trip highlight. Every aspect of the house exceeded our expectations. The top-tier furniture and hardware, along with super comfortable beds, made for an unparalleled experience. The property was meticulously appointed and impeccably clean. We found everything we needed conveniently stocked, sparing us a trip to the grocery store for basics. We could not get enough of the fireplace and fire pit. It’s located a short 6 minutes from 2 bus stops, making transportation around Summit County a breeze! The house's quality and the prime location earned it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating from us. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and Live Breck Property Management. Additionally, if you explore the area, don't miss the opportunity to engage Chef Chris Cawley's services.

The home had everything we could need and more. I appreciated the fact that they left two pack and plays for my two babies, and they even had a thick comfy mattress for one of the pack and plays. The house was fully stocked with full size shampoo, body wash, detergent, dishwasher pods- everything! We went to the local shops searching for the perfect sled during a freezing snowy day only to realize that there were several sleds under the deck too LOL. It had literally everything. Super close to all the Breckenridge shops. Clean home. Not bad as far as toddler proofing went.

Perfectly appointed home that can accommodate a large family gathering. There is plenty of space to spread out and the game room was a big hit for the young and old. Well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs with a dining table large enough for our entire family to share meals. Super clean with plenty of toiletries (shampoo / body wash) and towels were an added bonus. The perfect house to make memories for your family getaway.

Gorgeous townhome! Plenty of space. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Leasing agent extremely friendly and easy to work with! Would stay here again!

Our stay at Shadow Mountain Lodge was wonderful. Gorgeous home, very clean and well-equipped, quiet and situated so close to town and great walking. The views are amazing. Fonda and her husband are very caring and available if you have any needs or questions. We have been visiting Breckenridge for 30 years and this home is exceptional. We recommend it with the highest regard. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay was perfect. The house was so well equipped and even had lovely soaps and shampoos. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location for morning walks to see the wildlife around us. I would definitely stay here again when in Breckenridge. It is an ideal location for ski season as the gondola is literally outside your door.

Beautiful views! Very well stocked on cooking and eating ware. Very quiet neighborhood and everything is close! Bonus- several bikes are available to go to local shops and restaurants. The bus route is a 3 minute walk away! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Fonda and J.T. are also very accessible for any questions or needs! We loved our stay!!

The Garnett home was nothing short of amazing we came up here with a group of 10. The views were amazing from the front to back it was always beautiful to gaze out the windows and have your coffee or tea on the balcony’s. There was so much room in each common area our favorite was probably the upstairs patio with the fire pit is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was big enough and not crammed for all of us to move around during cooking and eating. The place was so clean which is one of the first things I value most is the cleanliness and they did a gear job here. In addition to that the beds were so comfortable for an awesome night sleep and everything worked ! There wasn’t on item that we used that didn’t work and I am grateful for that because we used almost every appliance in the house. I would highly recommend vacationing here your close to the town and only 20 minutes away from the resivor for water fun or just views ! Have fun coming up here you’ll enjoy it and this house puts a cherry on top to your vacation

The best of everything, a perfect family vacation for 3 couples, a 3 year old and 8 month old. Plenty of room, everything you need in the kitchen, warm hot tub, great tv services and a comfy couch ! Big Snow is so close to town that we walked there several times a day. Restaurants, coffee shops and all kinds of little stores are a short 5 minute walk away. Several playgrounds, creeks and green space for the kids to play. The gondola to get to the top of the mountain is a short 10 minute walk from the house. Larger grocery stores are a 10 minute drive. There are enough restaurants to eat at a different one at every meal and every day for weeks. There were nice restaurants and casual restaurants with everything you could want to eat. This house met our needs in every way possible!
